Our platform offers data analysis, customer insights, reporting tools, and related analytics services to help beauty businesses understand and improve their customer relationships and business performance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of our services without notice or liability.
As a user of aeroluxorum services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to engage in any illegal activities, violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, or interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to aeroluxorum regarding our services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or obtain your further consent.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to aeroluxorum. We process your data solely to provide our analytics services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
By using our services, you grant aeroluxorum a licence to process, analyse, and use your data for the purpose of providing our services. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data for improving our services and developing new features, provided such use cannot identify you or your customers.
Our services are provided on a subscription basis with fees as specified in your service agreement. Payment is due in advance for each subscription period. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aeroluxorum Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to aeroluxorum in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aeroluxorum Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
For customers located in other European Union member states, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws, and nothing in these terms is intended to limit such rights where they cannot be lawfully limited.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. aeroluxorum may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach these terms or engage in any conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will provide you with access to export your data for a reasonable period following termination, after which your data may be deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies.
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law clauses.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and aeroluxorum regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
